This program is intended for those training for a late summer/fall marathon or half-marathon of your own choice. Here's a list of races that previous participants have run!
Steps to join the training program:
If you didn't attend the Orientation Meeting, you may pick up your Training Program Booklet and Running Log at Ragged Mountain Running Shop and can also download these items online!
Please follow the base-building plans until you get your personalized program.
